Estimates, not advice
Results are estimates to help you plan. They aren't professional, financial, tax, legal, medical, veterinary or engineering advice. Check any number that matters with a qualified professional before you act on it, for example before you buy materials, set prices, make a financial decision or decide on care for a pet.

Every calculator shows its formula, a worked example and its sources, and is checked by automated tests (see the methodology). Even so, we can't promise that every result, price, rate or source is complete, current or free of errors. Prices and rates change: default values are dated estimates that you can edit. You're responsible for the numbers you enter and for how you use the results.
No warranty and limits on liability
